World Climate Summit – The Leading Forum for Public-Private Partnerships Alongside COP28
Client: World Climate Foundation, Copenhagen, Denmark
World Climate Summit – The Investment COP 2023, hosted by the World Climate Foundation, returned on 7-8 December alongside COP28 in Dubai, marking its 14th year. World Climate Summit facilitates the exchange of best practices and innovations across vital sectors crucial to decarbonization efforts in the areas of energy, transport, buildings, industry, finance, and nature.
The entire conference area needed to undergo a transformation from a generic-looking conference venue to 2 floors exuding professionalism and thoroughness, especially considering the high-profile event it hosted.
The circle standed out as a central element in the branding strategy, strategically utilized as a natural backdrop that directed attention to individuals. This design choice not only added visual appeal but also served to create a focal point during various aspects of the conference. The videos shown on screen had clear circle elements and the shape of virtual participants and keynote speakers were shown in …circles. The background would have ‘sliding circles’ from screen to screen during breaks, all in all small details that made the experience coherent.

Networking areas

Breaking away from the conventional logo wall, the incorporation of details from the logo itself adds a touch of sophistication and captures attention in a more aesthetically pleasing manner. This departure from the mundane transforms the branding elements into captivating features, ensuring that each corner of the venue is not only branded but also visually appealing and thoughtfully designed.

Our goal for creative success was to ensure that capturing a photograph anywhere within the venue would unmistakably showcase prominent branding. Furthermore, it presented a compelling challenge to brand all video and presentation materials seamlessly, creating a cohesive connection between the logo and the overall experience.

Every detail, from the initial encounter at the registration kiosks, lanyards, and signage to the videos and animations utilized during various sessions, was meticulously curate.
