Where? Meetings were held in Copehagen, Denmark; Addis Ababa, Ethiopia; Accra, Ghana; Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso; Kampala, Uganda; Maputu, Mozambique Tswalu, SA, Nairobi, Kenya; Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and Washington DC, USA.
What? AFRICA COMMISSION was initiated by the Ministry of Foreign Affars of Denmark in 2008. It had many prominent members, e.g.: Dr. Mohamed Ibn Chambas (President of the ECOWAS),Ms. Luísa Dias Diogo (Prime Minister of Mozambique), Ms. Betty Maina, Dr. Greg Mills, Dr.Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala (Director of the World Bank) and The Prime Minister of Denmark.
